Finding Your Voice

I’m working on a book and it is called “Finding Your Voice.” Abby Fisher has Cerebral Palsy, but that’s not holding her back from what she wants. She never thinks about that time she was molested on the Handi-bus as a teenager, until she meets Noah Rodriguez. Abby met him online, and they fall in love really fast. After a couple of months into the relationship, Abby sees a side of Noah that she doesn’t really like, and that scares her. She wants to break up with him, but he doesn’t understand why. After the breakup, Abby is forced to deal with what happened to her. She finally finds her voice and becomes an activist.

New book idea

I am sitting here in Starbucks writing another blog, wondering what to do with my life after I finished my life story. That took me 15 years to do! I have another idea for a fiction book, and I am starting to write down some ideas for it. It's about this young lady who has a disability and she's online a lot, but she's not expecting to find someone. In this book, she finds a normal guy online. So I will work on it now and I hope it won't take me a long time to write it. I'll work on it over my holidays.
